Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile applications (“Apps”), including but not limited to:

  • Document Scanner
  • QR Code Scanner & Generator
  • Whats Web & Browser
  • Avatar Maker

By using any of these apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not install or use the apps.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our apps. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the app under supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the app on a compatible device that you own, for personal and non-commercial use only. This license is granted solely for your lawful use and does not permit resale or redistribution of the app or any part of it.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the app
  • Use the app to upload or distribute viruses or malware
  • Exploit the app for commercial purposes without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity within the app
  • Use the app to transmit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or threatening content
  • Access or attempt to access data not intended for you

4. User-Generated Content

Some of our apps allow you to create and store content, such as scanned documents, avatars, or QR codes. You retain full ownership of your user-generated content.

However, by using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display such content solely for enabling the app’s functionality (e.g., rendering avatars, previews of scans) on your device.

We do not store or transmit your content to our servers unless explicitly shared by you via third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, social sharing).

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some apps offer additional features via in-app purchases or subscriptions. All transactions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. You are responsible for reviewing the payment terms and policies of the relevant platform before making any purchase.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period. We are not responsible for disputes or refunds handled by the app store provider.

6. Advertising and Affiliate Content

The app may display advertisements, sponsored content, or links to third-party services (e.g., Google AdMob, Facebook Ads). These third parties may use cookies, identifiers, and similar tracking tools to serve relevant ads.

We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not liable for any claims or losses resulting from user interaction with those services. You may opt out of personalized ads through your device settings or third-party privacy options.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the app, including code, interface design, icons, branding, text, and graphics, are owned by the developer or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, or republish any part of the app without prior written permission, except for content you generate yourself through intended app use.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the app after updates indicates your agreement to any revised terms or features.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or engage in any harmful or unlawful behavior. Termination may result in loss of access to user content stored within the app.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties or representations regarding the app’s accuracy, reliability, or availability. The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or content
  • Device malfunction or security breaches
  • Incompatibility issues
  • Content accessed or created through third-party ads or links

11. Privacy

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data. By using the app, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in your country or state.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
